Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026.
The short version
We collect the minimum we need to run an email newsletter and understand how readers use the site in aggregate. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use privacy-friendly analytics.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Aggregate analytics — anonymized page-level traffic data via Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data.
- Server logs — standard access logs (IP, user agent, request URL, timestamp) retained for 30 days for operational and security purposes only.
What we don't collect
- We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker on this site.
- We do not use cross-site retargeting cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
If you subscribe to the daily brief or the paid newsletter, your email address is stored with our email service provider (Beehiiv) for the purpose of sending you the publication. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email; on unsubscribe, we delete your address from our sending list.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. The site sets technical session cookies only as required for the newsletter signup flow. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
If you are a California, EU, or UK resident, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@peptidesbeat.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, send a notice via the daily brief.
